The former Post Office on South Street was purchased with a view to refurbish and accommodate a requirement for Sally Salon Services to relocate from St John’s Shopping Centre.

Following subdivision and major refurbishment works, Sally Salon Services now occupy 2,636 sq ft of the ground floor on a new 10 year FRI lease.  The remaining space of 4,000 sq ft on first floor and a new 600 sq ft ground floor retail unit are to be let/sold separately.
