Kilpatrick Property Group was founded in 1994 by Maurice Glen to create a commercial property investment trading portfolio across the retail, office and industrial sectors throughout Scotland and North of England.
The Company, over a period of 25 years, has managed its property portfolio to maintain and enhance net assets and profitability, through the implementation of a diverse range of acquisitions, subsequent management and sale or retention within the Group’s portfolio.
